Gifts of Distinction  Orders and Payment

  • All orders placed through this web site are subject to availability of stock, confirmation and acceptance by Universal Enterprises Pty Ltd.
  • Universal Enterprices Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order and will notify you of this action.
  • Universal Enterprices Pty Ltd will take reasonable steps to verify order and credit card details provided are authentic.
  • Universal Enterprices Pty Ltd aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the items on this web site. However do note that some items are unique (animal products etc) and no two are 100% alike.
  • Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed upon by Universal Enterprises Pty Ltd and the buyer.
  • Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard, Western Union or EFT (Bank Transfer). Orders within Australia can also be paid by Cheque or Money Order.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST and listed in Australian Dollar. We will deduct the amount in Australian dollars and the bank that issued your card will convert and calculate the actual amount.

Gifts of Distinction  Postage/Delivery/Insurance - Terms and Agreements

We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours of an order being placed and payment confirmed; however in the unlikely event that we do not have your product in stock your order will be placed on backorder and will ship as soon as we have the product available and you will be contacted via email.

Unless otherwise agreed by, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order confirmation. All deliveries are made through Australia Post unless otherwise specified in your order form. We are more than happy to accommodate any special shipping wishes you may have. If you wish your parcel to be sent via DHL, TNT etc please indicate this under “other” in your order and we will contact you. Delivery time will depend on the postal provider used.

Insurance cover is available for most Countries. It is company policy that all parcels with a value of over AU$100 will be sent insured (where insurance is available) unless specifically requested not to by the customer. Universal Enterprises Pty Ltd can not be made responsible for lost or stolen goods outside of its field of operation; however we are happy to act on your behalf when communicating with the postal service.

The Packing & Handling fee for most items on our site is AU$5.00. Should you wish to be informed of the total cost prior to deducting the amount of your Card please include a note under "other" in the order form or contact us for the exact price of postage.

We provide a door to do service however can not be held responsible for any matters outside of our field of operation, for example customs.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. . Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Gifts of Distinction  Returns Policy

We are highly confident you will thoroughly enjoy your new Australiana purchase. In the event you are not satisfied, we welcome you to return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt and be entitled to a full refund of the item price, excluding the freight, packing & handling and export permit (if applicable) components. Goods must be returned unused and in good condition.

When placing a Crocodile belt order, please insure the correct seize is provided as returns/replacements due to wrong measurements will incur a small replacement fee. This fee varies depending on size from AU$20.00. We reserve the right to charge the value of the belt before shipping should the Belt be of non-common sizes (sizes that have to be handmade to fit). Should you have questions with regards to how to measure your belt size please contact us.

Universal Enterprises Pty Ltd is committed to your privacy and security. We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to others in any way.

We will not collect any personal information about you except when you knowingly provide it. Personal information is information that can identify you personally, for example your name or email address. We will only collect personal information if you:

  • make a purchase from our online store.

We will not reveal personal information we collect to any third parties.

For us to process your order, we need to know your name, delivery address and possibly credit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. When you purchase any items in our online store and select to pay by credit card, the information you give us passes via our secure server using SSL encryption and then forwarded onto our accounts department for processing. Credit card details provided in the course of shopping, is never stored on any web or email server. All personal information collected by Universal Enterprises Pty Ltd is stored in a database on a secure server.

 

Gifts of Distinction  CITES - Wildlife Export Permits

Should you order a Kangaroo or Crocodile product and have selected a delivery address outside of Australia a CITES Wildlife Export Permit has to be included with the order. At this point Univenter.com does not provide such permits and hence can not ship these products outside of Australia.

Gifts of Distinction  Vouchers - Terms and Agreements

By purchasing/ordering or redeeming or attempting to redeem a univenter.com Voucher/Gift Card, you:

accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Agreements

1. Transactions made with the Voucher/Gift Card

  • The Voucher/Gift Card may only be used to purchase goods from univenter.com over the internet.
  • The Voucher/Gift Card may not be used to pay for postage, gift-wrapping, gift boxed, insurance or packing & handling.

2. No cash advances

You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Voucher/Gift Card or redeem your Voucher/Gift Card for cash.

3. Validity and expiry of Voucher/Gift Cards

Your Voucher/Gift Card will be valid for use for the date noted on the voucher/gift card. Any balance that remains on a Voucher/Gift Card will not be available for use after the card’s expiry date.

4. Can I exchange my Gift Card or receive a refund?

You cannot exchange or receive a refund for an issued Voucher/Gift Card.
