Guide to Postage Charges
We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours of an order being placed and payment confirmed; however in the unlikely event that we do not have your product in stock your order will be placed on backorder and will ship as soon as we have the product available and you will be contacted via email.
Our shipping options for parcels up to 2kg (Australia) or 1kg (international) are:
- Regular Post within Australia $5.50 (2-5 Days)
- Express Post within Australia $12.00 (1-2 Days)
- International Post (Airmail) $10.00 (5-15 Days)
- International Express Post $50.00 (3-4 Days)
Should the parcel way more than 2kg or 1kg (respective) we will email you before processing your order.
We are more than happy to accommodate any special shipping wishes you may have. If you wish your parcel to be sent via DHL, TNT, fastway, etc please indicate this under “other” in your order and we will contact you.
Insurance cover is available for most Countries.
It is company policy that all parcels with a value of over AU$100 will be sent insured (where insurance is available). Universal Enterprises Pty Ltd can not be made responsible for lost or stolen goods outside of its field of operation; however we are happy to act on your behalf when communicating with the postal service.
The Packing & Handling fee for most items on our site is AU$2.00. Should you wish to be informed of the total cost please include a note under "other" in the order form or contact us for the exact price of postage.
We provide a door to do service however can not be held responsible for any matters outside of our field of operation, for example customs.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. . Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
