Returns Policy

We are highly confident you will thoroughly enjoy your new Australiana purchase. In the event you are not satisfied, we welcome you to return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt and be entitled to a full refund of the item price, excluding the freight, packing & handling and export permit (if applicable) components. Goods must be returned unused and in good condition.

When placing a Crocodile belt order, please insure the correct seize is provided as returns/replacements due to wrong measurements will incur a small replacement fee. This fee varies depending on size from AU$20.00. We reserve the right to charge the value of the belt before shipping should the Belt be of non-common sizes (sizes that have to be handmade to fit). We will contact you before any charges are made.
